Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dispatch Coordinator, located in Vadodara. We are looking for a Dispatch Executive to support our day-to-day dispatch and logistics operations. This role involves coordination on the shop floor as well as basic billing and documentation work. Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate loading and unloading activities on the shop floor • Ensure accurate dispatch of finished goods as per schedule • Prepare dispatch bills and records using Tally and MS Excel • Coordinate with drivers, transporters, and internal teams • Maintain dispatch documentation and daily records • Support smooth and timely movement of goods • Flexible working hours based on dispatch requirements Requirements: • Graduate or relevant qualification (preferred, not mandatory) • Basic knowledge of Tally and MS Excel • Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment • Good coordination and communication skills • Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience may apply 📍 Location: Halol, Gujarat This role is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in dispatch and logistics within a structured manufacturing setup.
