Dispatch Coordinator

As a Logistics Operations Coordinator, your role involves coordinating operations in various areas such as Inbound, Outbound, Kitting, etc. under the supervision of operations management. It is essential to prioritize Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) practices by reporting hazards, complying with standards, and fostering a safe work environment. Maintaining quality standards is crucial, which can be achieved through following work instructions, conducting quality checks, and promptly addressing any issues to minimize cost and quality impacts. Your delivery tasks will encompass receiving goods, sorting, labeling, packaging, and optimizing warehouse space. Teamwork plays a significant role, requiring effective communication, completion of training, and continuous improvement efforts. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintenance tasks, equipment repair, and operational optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Experience in logistics, warehousing, and 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) provider management is required. - Proficiency in pack and ship applications, invoicing, dispatch, and knowledge of Power BI is necessary. - Technical skills in warehouse inventory control, operational performance optimization, and various warehousing tasks are essential for this role. The ability to work in shifts and effective manpower handling skills are also desired for this role.
