Job Description

Location - Gurgaon / Bangalore Position reports to - Global CHRO Job Purpose We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing and supporting the HR needs of our delivery locations across India, China, Sri Lanka and APAC locations where sales teams primarily supporting the region sit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR Business Partnering with a broad set of experiences across recruitment, performance management, employee engagement and training, and compliance with employment laws and practices. Key Responsibilities Operate as the strategic HR partner for the business heads of the delivery locations and their direct reports and the APAC head of sales to translate business strategy into people strategy. Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategies and execution. Partner with COE leadership and ensure the execution of business priorities. Educate, coach, and partner with business leaders and managers on the talent agenda, performance management and employee development goals. Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development. Review effectiveness and provide insights into the continual development of HR programs - Recruiting, Talent Development, Retention, Compensation, Benefits and Employee Engagement. Lead the implementation of highly visible HR processes across client groups (performance calibration, compensation cycle, promotions, Talent Reviews) and provide insights / counsel to business leaders. In partnership with the CHRO and the COE Leads, provide appropriate integration support for any M&A activity. Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results. Providing insights to COE leads and partnering to develop people strategies that enhance the approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction. Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports (e.g., compensation, job levels, and attrition) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to your client group. Key Competencies Bachelor's degree required; master’s degree in related field will be preferred though not mandatory. Any HR certification will be an added advantage. 15+ years of experience in HR roles with a broad set of HR responsibilities including roles in functional COEs of HR and HR business partnering. Experience of managing leadership teams in a business partnering capacity and provide advice and counsel. Demonstrated experience in managing complex HR and talent issues Insight led and analytical while being goal oriented. Demonstrable experience of using HR insights to drive business effectiveness. Key Role Requirements Based in Bangalore or Gurgaon with some travel to other delivery locations in India, SL and China as needed. Hybrid working with presence in the office on Tuesdays to Thursdays.
