Responsibilities:
Technology Strategy and Innovation:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology innovation strategy aligned with the firm s business objectives.
- Identify emerging technologies relevant to the professional services industry and assess their potential impact on our services.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between business units, technology teams, and external partners to ideate innovative solutions.
Solution Architecture and Design:
- Utilize your experience as a technical architect to design robust and scalable solutions that meet business requirements.
- Create solution blueprints, technical specifications, and architecture diagrams to guide the development process.
Solution Development and Deployment:
- Lead the design and development of technology solutions using emerging technologies to address specific business challenges.
- Oversee the creation of Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate the feasibility and viability of innovative ideas.
- Collaborate with internal development teams and external vendors to implement and deploy solutions efficiently.
Partnership and Ecosystem Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, service providers, startups, and relevant technology partners.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration, co-creation, and integration of third-party solutions to enhance our offerings.
Market Solutions:
- Work closely with business leaders to identify market trends, client needs, and opportunities for technology-driven solutions in various areas.
- Develop and package technology solutions that address specific market demands and offer a competitive edge.
Technology Thought Leadership:
- Stay up to date with the latest technological advancements, industry best practices, and emerging trends.
- Represent the firm as a technology thought leader through participation in industry events, conferences, and forums.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master s preferred).
- Minimum of 14 years of experience in technology leadership roles, emphasizing solution architecture and technical design.
- Proven track record of successfully leading technology innovation initiatives in startups, professional services, or related industries.
- Prior experience as a technical architect, demonstrating a history of designing and delivering large-scale, consumer-driven systems or applications.
- Deep expertise in AI, analytics, cloud, enterprise architectures, integration, low code no code, mobility, web3 technologies, and full-stack platforms.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to foster cross-functional teamwork.
- Experience in managing relationships with OEMs, service providers, startups, and other external partners.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively, strategically, and drive change in a dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
