Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled sales professional to lead our sales team as the Director of Sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and sales management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and improve overall performance.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure alignment with budgetary guidelines.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions.
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
Experience with sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance metrics.
