About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Director / Senior Manager – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to lead and oversee our complete end-to-end RCM operations. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in hospital and physician billing, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive operational excellence while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the entire RCM department, including Payment Posting, Denial Management, AR calling, Medical Coding, Charge Entry, Eligibility Verification, and Authorizations.

Drive operational efficiency through process improvements, automation, and strategic planning.

Oversee employee recruitment, training, development, and performance management.

Maintain strong client relationships with US-based partners, ensuring smooth business processes and client satisfaction.

Develop and implement RCM policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks to achieve optimal KPIs and revenue cycle targets.

Provide performance reports, revenue analytics, and risk assessments to senior leadership.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of client accounts.

Stay updated on Federal & State Coding/Billing regulations, industry changes, and best practices.

Lead project management and change management initiatives for process optimization.

Desired Skills & Certifications

Strong knowledge in: Payment Posting, Denial Management, AR calling, Demo & Charge Entry, Medical Coding, Eligibility Verification, and Authorization.

Certifications:

COC, ICD-10 Certified

Six Sigma Black Belt Certified

Proficiency in RCM tools and software such as Kareo, AdvancedMD, NextGen.

Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Strong client and stakeholder management expertise.

Experience Required

12+ years of progressive RCM experience, with at least 5 years in a Senior Manager / Director role.

Proven track record in managing end-to-end RCM operations for healthcare/medical billing organizations.

Experience in leading large teams and driving performance, compliance, and revenue growth.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (or related healthcare/management field).
