Job Description

As a QE Director, your role involves overseeing the QE team and activities in India. You will be responsible for supervising QA Leads and QA analysts, managing staffing of QA resources on projects, recruiting and hiring new QA team members, onboarding new team members, and setting vision and mission goals for the India QE Team. Key Responsibilities: - Oversight on QE projects in India - Governance of QE & QA frameworks across business units - Setting Team and Individual team member goals - Liaison with other practice areas on QA needs and responsibilities - Estimating QE & QA effort on upcoming projects Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of hands-on QA / QE experience in a client and/or web service environment, following Agile methodologies - Minimum 3 years of experience as a QE Lead - Deep understanding of proper QE practices and their implementation - Experience with CMS, Adobe, and Salesforce platforms - Ability to create a test strategy for large QE / QA efforts - Basic understanding of automation principles in QE / QA efforts - Experience leading a QA team for digital implementation - Familiarity with responsive, adaptive design - Proficiency in Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket - Experience in API, UI, Accessibility, Cookie Compliance, Web Vitals, Performance, Mobile App, Integration, Data, ETL, and Jobs - Experience in creating QE frameworks and NFR frameworks (Reliability, Scalability, Resiliency, Security, Observability) - Experience in leading workshops, Product Demo, Estimations, and Assessments - Collaboration with development, project management, and clients - BS or BA degree preferred Nice-to-Haves: - Previous Director / Architect level experience in leading QE teams - Knowledge of E-commerce space is advantageous - Experience with CI/CD tools - Expertise in Solution Design, UX Frameworks, Cloud platforms, Front End, and Integration technologies,
