We are seeking a QE Director to oversee our QE team and activities in India. As the QE Director, you will be responsible for supervising QA Leads and QA analysts, managing QA resources, recruiting and hiring new team members, onboarding new hires, and setting vision and mission goals for the India QE Team. Your role will involve overseeing QE projects in India, governing QE & QA frameworks across business units, setting team and individual member goals, liaising with other practice areas on QA needs, responsibilities, and estimating QE & QA efforts on upcoming projects. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of hands-on QA / QE experience in a client and/or web service environment, with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a QE Lead. You should have a deep understanding of proper QE practices, experience with CMS, Adobe, and Salesforce platforms, and the ability to create a test strategy for large QE / QA efforts. Additionally, you should possess a basic understanding of automation principles, experience leading a QA team for a large digital implementation, familiarity with responsive, adaptive design, and proficiency in Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket. Experience in API, UI, Accessibility, Cookie Compliance, Web Vitals, Performance, Mobile App, Integration, Data, ETL, and Jobs is required. Moreover, you should have experience in creating QE frameworks and NFR frameworks focusing on Reliability, Scalability, Resiliency, Security, and Observability. Experience in leading workshops, Product Demo, Estimations, and Assessments is essential, along with the ability to liaise with development, project management, and clients. A BS or BA degree is preferred. Nice-to-have qualifications include previous Director / Architect level experience leading QE teams, knowledge of the E-commerce space, experience with CI/CD tools, and expertise in Solution Design, UX Frameworks, Cloud platforms, Front End, and Integration technologies.,

You are being sought after for the position of Privacy Technology Specialist (Contract) to provide support for the OneTrust platform and drive key initiatives, which include auditing and optimizing the platform setup. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around auditing, streamlining, and enhancing the configuration of the existing OneTrust implementation to ensure alignment with privacy best practices and corporate compliance objectives. Your role will entail collaborating with existing Privacy Advocates and technical leads to participate in implementation, auditing, documentation, and activities related to stakeholder alignment. Key accountabilities include facilitating auditing, documentation, and reorganization of OneTrust platform configurations, such as domain and organizational structure alignment, template inheritance simplification, geolocation rule consolidation, cookie categorization and scanning audits, access control reviews, and user governance. Furthermore, you will be expected to identify and escalate system limitations, policy gaps, or data quality issues encountered during cleanup, review cookie banner and consent settings according to current regulatory requirements, and work on implementing environment best practices. Documenting all activities and contributing to the creation and updates of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), How-tos, best practices, and other necessary documentation will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you may support stakeholder discussions, execute outcomes from DSAR and PER org re-architecture, evaluate and restructure vendor listings, and ensure accuracy and compliance tracking. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 3 years of hands-on experience with the OneTrust platform in a technical or administrative capacity, familiarity with international privacy regulations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Your expertise in managing OneTrust access roles, vendor lists, templates, and environment separation in a privacy context, along with experience in documenting technical configurations and contributing to SOPs or policy guides, will be highly valued. Furthermore, your ability to work independently and in collaboration with various teams, adapt to changing privacy regulations and business needs, and train and mentor junior team members on privacy best practices and OneTrust platform usage will be crucial for success in this role. If you have experience in global organizations with multi-region/multi-brand structures, it would be considered advantageous.
