Role Overview: You will be joining Quoreka as a Presales Director, playing a crucial role in the sales process by leading presales initiatives and demonstrating the functional, product, and technical aspects of the company's offerings to prospects, with a special focus on Agriculture, Liquids, and Metals. Your responsibilities will include interacting with prospects to understand their business processes, creating and articulating value propositions, designing technical solutions, managing RFI/RFQ/RFP responses, and collaborating with product managers to incorporate customer feedback. Key Responsibilities: - Lead presales initiatives and take ownership of demonstrating functional, product, and technical aspects to prospects, focusing on Agriculture, Liquids, and Metals. - Interact with prospects to gain insights into their business processes. - Create and communicate the value proposition for Quoreka's products. - Identify pain points and develop high-level technical propositions to address them. - Prepare product/solution presentations and collaterals. - Manage all processes related to RFI/RFQ/RFP responses, business process understanding, product demonstrations, workshops, technical requirements, and interfacing needs. - Collaborate with product managers to relay customer feedback effectively. - Propose proof of concept during customer engagements. - Anticipate customer requirements to initiate the sales cycle effectively. - Stay updated on technology trends in the industry segments relevant to Quoreka. - Represent Quoreka at trade events and participate in solution/product demonstrations. - Supervise and lead a team of presales consultants. - Stay informed about industry, competition, and technology advancements. - Collaborate closely with the sales team to prepare for demonstrations and RFPs. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline. - Minimum 3 years of experience in client-facing roles, with at least 2 years in a senior presales position. - Thorough domain expertise across various asset classes, with a focus on Agriculture, Liquids, and Metals. - Prior experience in a similar role in enterprise-scale SaaS platforms. - Functional knowledge of C/ETRM, supply chain, and risk. - Technical knowledge of systems integration involving ERP packages such as SAP and Oracle. - Sharp thinking ability, problem-solving skills, and competitive focus on winning. - Strong communication skills to engage with top-level business and IT managers. - Techno-functional mindset to understand the company's product offerings. - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in writing proposals with technical and commercial propositions.
