About the Role
:Presales is an integral part of the sales effort at Quoreka, and the Presales Director is expected to play a pivotal role in winning new business.
Experience
:
- 3 or more years in client facing roles (consulting, sales, presales, account management or delivery)
- Of above, at least the last 2 years should have been spent in a senior presales role, taking end-to-end responsibility of client communication, RFI response management, product demonstrations and workshops.
- Thorough domain expertise across various asset classes with a special focus on Agriculture, Liquids and Metals
- Prior experience in similar role in enterprise-scale SaaS platforms
- Functional knowledge of C/ETRM, supply chain, risk
- Technical knowledge of systems integration involving ERP packages (SAP, Oracle, etc)
Education and Skillset
:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline
- Sharp thinking: ability to quickly grasp customer requirements, conceptualize solutions and present ideas

Responsibilities :
- Lead presales initiatives/Take ownership on demonstrating functional, product and technical aspects of the product to prospects (special focus on Ags and Liquids and Metals)
- Interact with prospects to understand business processes
- Create and articulate the value-proposition for our products
- Identify pain points and design high-level technical propositions to solve them
- Create product/ solution presentations and collaterals
- Manage all processes around RFI/RFQ/RFP responses, business process understanding, product demonstrations, workshops, technical and interfacing requirements
- Interact with product managers to communicate customer feedback.
- Propose proof of concept in customer calls.
- Anticipate customer requirements and initiate the sales cycle
- Keep abreast of all new technology trends in the industry segments that Quoreka seeks to address
- Represent Quoreka and participate in solution / product demonstrations at trade events
- Manage a team of presales consultants
- Keep abreast of industry, competition and technology trends and developments.
- Work closely in a sales team to win deals by leading the preparation for demonstrations and RFPs
