Role Overview: As the Hyderabad Site Ops Supervision role at MetLife, you will play a crucial part in scaling GOSC Hyderabad site operations. Working closely with stakeholders across MetLife GOSC centers in Hyderabad, Noida, and Jaipur, you will ensure alignment on strategic priorities. Your responsibilities will include leading discussions with enabling functions, building data and analytics capabilities, and demonstrating strategic thinking and operational execution skills. Key Responsibilities: - Institutionalize processes at Hyderabad site consistent with other GOSC Corporate Functions sites - Conduct value-added analyses to enhance processes - Develop efficient reporting processes and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations - Provide supervision for partner/stakeholder visits and lead capability collaboration efforts - Manage research, resolution, and follow-ups for closure of open items - Identify opportunities to improve productivity and energize the ecosystem - Chair GOSC Hyderabad Site MBR quarterly meetings Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree from a recognized institute - PMP/Prince2, Scrum/Agile, SAFe project management certification - Proficiency in MS Office suite, with expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio - Certifications or courses in niche technology capabilities, Data and Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning Additional Details of the Company: MetLife, recognized as one of Fortune magazine's "World's Most Admired Companies," is a leading financial services company offering insurance, annuities, and asset management solutions globally.
