Role Description:

Seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales and Business Development Directorto spearhead growth within our critical Aerospace and Defense composites markets in India and internationally. This leadership role is pivotal for driving revenue expansion, securing long-term customer programs, and strengthening relationships with key clients in India and abroad. This role involves defining Axor’s go-to-market & partnership strategy, managing contract negotiations, & identifying emerging opportunities in advanced materials and composites. This role also involves extensive travel internationally (US, Europe) and domestically to meet strategic sales objectives.
