Responsible for driving net-new revenue growth by leading and managing our APAC Mid-Market & US, APAC SMB sales team. You will lead a team of 7 AEs (2 - APAC MM and 5 - SMB) based in Chennai, selling to Mid-Market companies in APAC, as well as to SMB companies globally across US & APAC markets. You will play a key role in developing and executing the company's sales strategy for these segments and geographies, building strong customer relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a hands-on leader, and a skilled communicator and an exceptional coach with a proven track record of success in both mid-market and SMB SaaS sales.
