• Lead and scale the

  Recruitment Division

  across Healthcare, IT, and other specialized industries.
• Drive

  end-to-end recruitment operations

  : client acquisition, workforce planning, hiring, and delivery.
• Establish and mentor a

  high-performance recruitment team

  .
• Build and manage

  client relationships

  with domestic & international partners.
• Collaborate with the Board to

  define strategy, growth roadmap, and investment utilization

  .
• Ensure compliance with global recruitment standards and ethical hiring practices.

• 10+ years of experience

  in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition, with proven leadership background.
• Strong exposure to

  domestic & international hiring (especially healthcare and IT industries)

  .
• Ability to build, scale, and lead

  teams across multiple geographies

  .
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in

  business growth and investment opportunities

  .
• Excellent communication, client-handling, and strategic planning skills.

• CTC up to ₹20 LPA

  (based on experience and performance).

• Equity/Investment-based leadership role

  with company pre-valued at

  ₹9 Crore

  .
