Job description Job Title: Customer Care Assistant – Intern Location: Remote Duration: 6 Months Stipend: First Month: Unpaid From Second Month: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 (based on performance) Opportunity: Full-time position based on performance About the Role We are seeking a proactive and confident Customer Care Assistant (Intern) to support our client communication and outreach initiatives. In this role, you'll be responsible for initiating meaningful conversations with potential clients, understanding their needs, and introducing them to the services we offer. Key Responsibilities Reach out to potential clients via email, phone, and social media platforms Introduce the company's services in a clear and professional manner Maintain a database of interested prospects and interactions Follow up on inquiries and assist in scheduling meetings with senior team members Understand client pain points and suggest relevant services Achieve a monthly interaction and conversion goal (minimum 10 positive client connections per month) Maintain polite, professional, and persuasive communication at all times Who Can Apply Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken) Confident and enthusiastic in handling client interactions Comfortable using LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email for professional communication Basic knowledge of IT Services, Recruitment, or Digital Marketing is a plus Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a remote, performance-based environment Goal-oriented mindset with a positive attitude What You’ll Gain Experience interacting with real clients across various industries Mentorship from senior professionals in communication and client handling Performance incentives and opportunity for a long-term role Certificate of Completion and Letter of Recommendation (based on performance) Important Note This is a performance-driven internship to full-time.
