Position Overview:

Product Director at PW

You will be instrumental in achieving product-market fit (PMF), scaling successful solutions, and fostering a high-performing product culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Product Leadership

• Own and drive the product vision and strategy for a key business area.
• Translate company goals into actionable product plans and roadmaps across multiple teams or pods.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, differentiation, and growth through data and market insights.

2. Team & Process Management

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers and senior product managers.
• Instill product best practices across pods including discovery, prioritization, experimentation, and outcome measurement.
• Ensure high-quality decision-making through structured thinking and clear articulation of trade-offs.

3. Product Delivery Excellence

• Guide the product lifecycle from research and ideation through development, launch, and iteration.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, and operations to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
• Define, monitor, and optimize key product metrics and KPIs to measure impact and ROI.

4. User-Centric Innovation

• Drive a deep understanding of user needs through qualitative and quantitative research.
• Champion a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and rapid iteration.
• Ensure customer empathy is embedded in all stages of product development.

5. Stakeholder Alignment

• Influence senior leadership with product insights and data-backed recommendations.
• Act as the voice of product across the organization, facilitating alignment between business, technology, and user priorities.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress with clarity and confidence across teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 8+ years

  of overall professional experience, with at least

  5+ years in core product management

• Demonstrated success leading

  B2C product strategy and execution

  in fast-paced consumer tech environments (e.g., Swiggy, Ola, Zomato)
• Strong

  people leadership

  experience; prior experience managing product teams is preferred
• Track record of launching and scaling impactful products in dynamic, high-growth settings
• Deep expertise in

  user research, PMF identification
