Job Description

As the Global Director - Training RPO and BPO /Global Operations Manager at the Bangalore office with a hybrid work model, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation, development, and execution of all training within the Google account. Your role involves providing support to all RPO/BPO delivery teams, collaborating with Quality and Delivery teams to train new hires, and developing process, behavioral, and soft skills training. Additionally, you will create and conduct training for new and existing processes based on business needs and SLA trends. **Key Responsibilities:** - Proactively analyze and translate data into recommendations for new/revised training content and curriculums, followed by executing the creation of said content. - Evaluate and maintain current training delivery methods, making recommendations to enhance trainee experience and outcomes. - Ensure real-time updates to all training content as systems, best practices, and business processes evolve over time. - Lead content development for various training types, such as new hire training, process training, behavioral training, leadership, AI, and soft skill training. - Collaborate with Training Manager, Training Director, and Delivery teams to identify critical training content needs or gaps essential for driving growth. - Identify, repurpose, and leverage existing training content within the organization applicable to the account, creating account-specific supplemental content. - Develop training schedules and plans for training initiatives. - Update SOPs, proactively review/update training materials, and document changes to processes, systems, or policies. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 10+ years of experience as a training content developer or similar role in a BPO and/or RPO environment. - Hands-on experience in developing training curriculums based on data-driven insights and stakeholder partnerships. **Additional Details:** The Google Training/Learning & Development team aims to enhance professional knowledge and share expertise in various processes and resources. The team acts as subject matter experts and provides valuable input for the policy development of the department. If you meet the preferred qualifications, including strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently in a dynamic environment, organizational and time-management skills, extensive knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools, and familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques, you are encouraged to apply for this challenging and rewarding position.,
