Job Description

As the Director of Learning, Talent Management and Performance at Fiserv, your role is crucial in designing, implementing, and managing programs that enhance leadership, functional capabilities, and performance excellence to support the associates in reaching their fullest potential and achieving strategic objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Learning & Development:** - Collaborate with HR leaders to diagnose business needs and create targeted interventions. - Build an integrated capability framework connecting learning, performance, and career development. - Oversee digital learning platforms to ensure engaging content. - Support HR training on global learning/talent practices. - **Talent Management:** - Customize talent and performance management approaches to regional needs. - Develop success metrics for Internal Talent Mobility and Leadership Pipeline. - **Performance Management:** - Lead the evolution of performance frameworks and tools to foster continuous feedback. - Partner with HRBPs and leaders on goal setting and talent decisions. - **Your Voice Survey Action Planning:** - Analyze survey results, communicate outcomes, and reinforce a culture of listening. - **Global Partnership & Alignment:** - Collaborate with global HR and business leaders to align strategies and share best practices. - **Internal Stakeholder Management:** - Build strong relationships with leaders, HRBPs, and cross-functional teams to influence talent priorities. - **Vendor Partnership:** - Manage external vendors to ensure quality and innovation in learning and talent programs. - **Metrics & ROI Strategy:** - Contribute to strategic reporting for Enterprise Talent & Development and provide regional scorecards. **Qualifications Required:** - 12+ years of progressive HR experience with expertise in learning, talent, and performance. - Proven track record in designing and implementing enterprise-wide programs. - Experience in building capability frameworks and HR technologies. - Strong business acumen and ability to influence at all levels. - Collaborative, client-focused, and responsive with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement. **Additional Details:** - Competitive salary and benefits package. - Health and wellness programs available. - Opportunities for professional development and career advancement. - Paid time off and holidays provided. - Access to Employee Resource Groups promoting a diverse and inclusive culture. - Workplace locations available in Pune, Chennai, and Noida. - In-office presence required for 5 days a week.,
