Job Title: Director of Finance (CA) – Hospitality Industry Experience Required: 10+ Years (Preferably in Hotels, F&B chains, or Resorts) Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Director of Finance with a Chartered Accountant background, ideally with a proven track record in the hospitality industry, to lead and manage the full spectrum of financial activities. This role requires strategic oversight, deep financial acumen, and a collaborative mindset to support business growth, operational excellence, and investor confidence. Key Responsibilities: Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis across multiple hospitality units. Monitor operational performance and provide insights on cost control, revenue optimization, and profitability. Oversee accounting, internal controls, audit compliance, and financial reporting in accordance with applicable laws and standards. Develop business models for new projects, expansions, or franchise partnerships. Liaise with ownership, investors, and key stakeholders on business health and performance. Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations (GST, TDS, ROC, etc.). Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund planning for smooth operations. Implement best practices in financial systems, reporting tools, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or hospitality-specific software). Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and consultants. Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team across properties. Ideal Candidate Profile: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10+ years of post-qualification experience. At least 5 years in a leadership finance role in the hospitality sector (hotels, restaurants, or resorts). Strong understanding of hospitality P&Ls, cost centers, and revenue channels. Excellent command over financial modelling, budgeting, and MIS reporting. Tech-savvy with experience in modern accounting and ERP systems. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to partner with operations, HR, and marketing teams. Preferred Experience With: Chain hotels, premium restro-bars, resort groups, or large-scale catering/event businesses.
