Job Title: Director of Finance- Hospitality Location: Delhi Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Director of Finance with 10+ years of expertise in financial leadership, preferably in the high-energy bar and restaurant industry. The role involves overseeing all financial operations, ensuring profitability, and contributing to the long-term success of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth and profitability. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across all units. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial audits. Lead cost control initiatives while maintaining service and quality standards. Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership. Requirements: At least 10 years of experience in financial management, with a strong background in the F&B or hospitality industry. Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost optimization. Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
