Job Description

Role Overview: As the strategic financial business leader of the property, you will champion, develop, and implement property-wide strategies to meet or exceed the needs of the brand's target customers and property employees. Your role will involve providing financial expertise to successfully implement brand service strategies, maximize return on investment, and execute a business plan aligned with the property and brand's strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Engage in strategic planning and decision-making by developing ways to improve profit, analyzing information, forecasting sales against expenses, creating annual budget plans, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. - Lead finance teams by utilizing interpersonal and communication skills to influence others, communicate strategic goals, oversee audit processes, and provide clear accountability. - Anticipate and deliver on the needs of key stakeholders by attending meetings, understanding priorities, advising on financial issues, managing communication with owners, and facilitating critique meetings. - Develop and maintain finance goals by ensuring accurate documentation of profits and losses, monitoring taxes, submitting reports on time, supporting achievement of goals, and improving profit growth. - Manage projects and policies by generating accurate results, reconciling balance sheets, ensuring compliance with procedures and contracts, and managing human resource activities such as training and performance reviews. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major with 3 years of experience in the finance and accounting field, or Master's degree in Finance and Accounting with 1 year of experience. - Strong analytical skills and understanding of financial data and market trends. - Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. - Ability to manage projects, policies, and human resource activities effectively. - Prior experience in strategic financial planning and budget management would be advantageous.
