Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR strategy, organization design, and workforce planning. Additionally, you will lead initiatives related to performance management, talent reviews, employee engagement, and leadership development. You will partner with global HR and business leadership to align India HR strategy with company-wide objectives, facilitate change management efforts, and support leaders during organizational transitions. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR strategy, organization design, and workforce planning. - Lead initiatives related to performance management, talent reviews, employee engagement, and leadership development. - Partner with global HR and business leadership to align India HR strategy with company-wide objectives. - Facilitate change management efforts and support leaders during organizational transitions. - Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies, including maintaining accurate and legally compliant employee records. - Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to support a compliant and high-performance workplace. - Lead HR audits and ensure readiness for internal/external compliance requirements. - Leverage HR data to identify trends, forecast needs, and provide insights to influence decision-making. - Partner with finance and other functions to align headcount, compensation, and budget forecasting. - Lead and develop a high-performing HR team. - Partner and work closely with the local Finance team. - Promote a culture of feedback, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization. - Oversee full-cycle recruiting efforts in partnership with hiring managers, ensuring timely, high-quality hires that meet business needs. - Drive talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines, enhance employer branding, and deliver a positive candidate experience. - Resolve complex employee relations issues and manage sensitive investigations with integrity and fairness. - Support employee experience initiatives including onboarding and culture-building programs. Qualifications: - 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR leadership role. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree preferred. - Proven experience leading HR operations in a fast-paced, matrixed, or global environment. - Demonstrated experience advising senior leaders and influencing at all levels of the organization. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in HR data reporting and decision-making. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills. - High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.,
