Job Description

As the Global Campaign Management Operations Lead at Cognizant, your role involves managing a team of Campaign Operations subject matter experts (SMEs) responsible for designing, delivering, and optimizing data-driven campaigns for Cognizant's field marketing teams and corporate marketing functions. You will be responsible for managing campaign processes, monitoring lead management, implementing contact nurture capabilities, and maintaining detailed campaign performance reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of Campaign Operations SMEs for designing, delivering, and optimizing data-driven campaigns - Manage campaign processes including intake, distribution, and execution of campaign requests - Monitor lead management from field marketing through sales hand-offs and lead performance reporting - Implement effective contact nurture capabilities and enhance campaign performance - Monitor resource utilization and maintain detailed campaign performance reporting - Collaborate with internal marketing clients on campaign strategies utilizing available technologies - Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights for continuous improvement - Maintain an expert-level understanding of Demand Generation tactics and account-based marketing strategies In the realm of Campaign Automation, you will be responsible for owning the use of campaign delivery platforms within Cognizant's Marketing technology stack, relevant policies, and security provisions. You will partner with MarTech leadership and IT to develop and manage a best-in-class campaign operations technologies roadmap and strategy, including AI development. Additionally, you will drive campaign technology adoption across stakeholders through training, presentations, and tools and resources. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, computer science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred - 15+ years of hands-on experience in marketing technology, digital marketing, marketing operations, demand generation, etc. - 10+ years building and leading marketing technology teams and projects - Deep expertise across various marketing technology platforms including Marketing Automation, CRM, Analytics, Events, Webinars, CDP, etc. - Strong knowledge of marketing data and analytics, including data governance, data quality, data integration, data visualization, and data-driven decision making - Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership and stakeholders - Ability to instigate continuous improvement and shared accountability culture, collaborate with teams, resolve escalations, and manage internal clients" expectations Please note that this role is an internal position and does not involve consulting for Cognizant clients.,
