Job Description

Establish and lead the FP&A COE, defining its strategy, structure, and operating model in alignment with Morningstar s global FP&A objectives.
Oversee the design, implementation, and standardization of reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis processes.
Build, develop, and mentor a team of Financial Analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and process excellence.
Drive transition and migration of FP&A activities to the COE, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and minimal disruption.
Champion automation initiatives, standardized templates, and analytics-driven insights to enhance scalability and consistency.
Collaborate with global FP&A teams and corporate stakeholders to deliver high-quality financial insights and performance management.
Define and monitor KPIs to track efficiency, accuracy, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Lead change management, training, and communication strategies to strengthen alignment and engagement across teams.
Ensure strong governance, compliance, and operational controls across all COE processes.

Qualifications:

10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, with proven leadership in managing offshore or COE teams.
Chartered Accountant and/or MBA from a reputed institution.
Demonstrated expertise in process excellence, transformation, and global collaboration.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced) and exposure to tools such as Oracle EPM, Workday Adaptive Planning, Tableau, Power BI, or Anaplan.
Experience driving automation, standardization, and analytics-led FP&A operations.
Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-cultural environment with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
