Your Role
As a Software Engineering Leader, you will guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software aligned with business goals and industry best practices. Youll set strategic direction, mentor talent, and foster a collaborative culture that drives innovation and execution excellence.
In this role, you will:
Define and execute software engineering strategies aligned with organizational goals
Lead project portfolios, ensuring timely delivery and technical excellence Mentor engineering teams and promote continuous learning Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to shape scalable solutions Champion agile methodologies and engineering best practices Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends Cultivate a high-performance, inclusive engineering culture Drive cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement Oversee resource planning, risk management, and performance tracking Advocate for engineering excellence and operational efficiency
Your Profile
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
1015 years of experience in software development and engineering leadership Proven expertise in strategic planning, technical decision-making, and team management Strong background in software architecture, agile delivery, and DevOps practices Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud-native architectures and enterprise-scale systems
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, microservices, and modern development frameworks Knowledge of scaling engineering teams and change management
