Job Description

The Associate Director - Growth will be responsible for driving the companys revenue expansion, customer acquisition, and strategic growth initiatives. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, optimizing go-to-market strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate scalable and sustainable growth. The ideal candidate is analytical, strategic, and execution-focused, with a deep understanding of market trends, digital marketing, and customer behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to achieve revenue, customer acquisition, and retention goals.
Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and channels for business expansion.
Drive performance marketing initiatives across digital and offline platforms.
Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and analytics teams to optimize customer journeys and conversion funnels.
Define and track key growth metrics, providing regular reports and insights to leadership.
Lead experiments to test and validate growth hypotheses and new initiatives.
Build and manage the growth team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Manage budgets and ensure optimal ROI on marketing and acquisition spends.
Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in growth and digital strategy.
Represent the organization in external partnerships, industry forums, and strategic discussions.
