Job Description

As a Director of Finance Transformation in Mumbai for a Big 4 Consulting firm, you will be responsible for the following: - Strong understanding of finance processes such as P2P, O2C, RTR, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, etc., and strategic finance areas like Marketing, Sales, Logistics, and Supply Chain in multiple non-Financial Services industries. - Lead workshops with stakeholders to identify process gaps and inefficiencies across people, process, technology, data, and internal controls. - Expertise in digital finance tools including ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion, Microsoft D365, workflows, ticketing, financial consolidation, reconciliation, MIS, and reporting solutions. - Experience in delivering Finance in Digital World technologies such as GenAI, AI, analytics, automation, and innovation use cases. - Hands-on experience in operating model design & implementation, process optimization, and governance setup. - Strong grasp of finance maturity assessment models and target operating model rollouts. - Led 10+ strategy-to-execution transformation programs. - Exceptional consulting skills including consensus building, solution selling, rapport building, and trusted advisor reputation. - Financial mindset for deal pricing and project financials. - Manage project staffing and utilization to meet/exceed targets. Qualifications required for this position: - Non-Financial Services industry background (not banking). - Must have client-facing Finance Transformation experience. - Share updated resume with client engagements (scope, role, outcomes). In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the job also requires a Master's degree as the minimum educational qualification. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in client-facing Finance Transformation, P2P, O2C, RTR, FP&A, Tax, Treasury in non-FS industries, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion, MS D365, and working in a Big 4 consulting organization. Please make sure you meet the location requirement of Mumbai, Maharashtra as this job is in-person and full-time.
