Role Purpose Drive

Unilever’s content, platform, and commerce partnership ecosystem to unlock brand relevance, cultural resonance, and measurable business growth. This role leads strategic alliances, identifies emerging opportunities, and builds scalable models that connect culture, content, and commerce.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Ecosystem Leadership

  • Build and manage strategic partnerships across 1st party platforms, brands, online distribution channels and commerce networks.
  • Drive long-term, multi-brand collaborations and early-access opportunities.

Culture, Platform & Trend Intelligence

  • Identify emerging platform behaviours, cultural moments, and innovation opportunities.
  • Convert insights into actionable brand strategies and scalable partnership playbooks.

Growth & Commercial Impact

  • Develop partnership-driven growth models that enhance brand performance and content ROI.
  • Influence demand generation by integrating partnerships across media, content, and commerce.
Commerce & Shopper Integration
  • Use e-commerce and shopper insights to shape content journeys and unlock conversion-led opportunities.

Data & Audience Development

  • Lead consent-led data partnerships; collaborate with analytics teams to build future-ready audience frameworks.
Internal Leadership & Collaboration
  • Partner with brand, content, creative, media, and analytics teams to drive integrated planning.
  • Mentor a small team and institutionalise partnership frameworks, processes, and measurement.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8–12 years in digital partnerships, platform strategy, content strategy, or growth roles.
  • Proven experience delivering scalable partnerships and measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of Gen Z culture, creator ecosystems, platform innovation, and e-commerce behaviour.
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker who connects culture, content, communities, and commerce.
