The Director of Content position at Mindshare Fulcrum, a part of GroupM and the dedicated media arm for Hindustan Unilever (HUL), offers an exciting opportunity for a visionary professional to join the dynamic Content+ division. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of content expertise and strategic thinking to craft standout campaigns that redefine brand experiences. Being part of one of the world's most innovative media networks, you will work with a team focused on evolving content marketing for impactful brands in India. We are seeking individuals who are Creative Strategists with an in-depth understanding of the content landscape, capable of translating brand narratives into immersive experiences. Candidates with a background in media or creative agencies are highly valued, especially those who can inspire clients with boundary-pushing ideas and impactful solutions. Cultural Enthusiasts who have a natural affinity to pop culture and can derive powerful insights from everyday trends and conversations are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate should also be an Award-Winning Visionary with proven experience in creating multi-media campaigns that blend traditional and digital mediums, using creativity to capture and retain audience attention. Innovative Storytellers who have a talent for breaking the mold and challenging industry standards, infusing campaigns with an original perspective, are desired. Proficiency in presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Canva, along with operational knowledge in Excel, is essential. As the Director of Content, you will be responsible for a balancing act of creative ideation and campaign strategy. Your day will involve crafting breakthrough content ideas, devising captivating stories, sourcing unique partnerships, exploring experimental content formats, collaborating closely with clients to co-create inspiring pitches, and supervising campaign execution to ensure excellence in delivery. In the first 3 months, the focus will be on cultivating strong client relationships and establishing trust by delivering innovative, integrated content marketing solutions. By the 6-month mark, you will be expected to apply advanced technologies to create immersive media experiences, encourage cross-format initiatives, and drive commerce through strategic content. In 12 months, the goal is to lead award-winning campaigns at national and international forums, showcasing Mindshare Fulcrum's creative edge.,
