Working for Exela / BPA for externa financial reporting and US GAAP accounting and reporting Job Description Participate in the coordination and preparation of quarterly reports (10-Q), annual reports (10-K) and current reports (8-K) including Merrill Bridge Folio, linking file and Support Workbook roll forwards and updates for Exela & its subsidiaries. Along with, ADC Checklist on quarterly basis - complete all relevant disclosure checklists and reporting questionnaires. Review and/or preparation of the below workbooks: i) Debt workbook roll forwards, update and making sure correct JEs are passed in books in correct GL codes ii) Review of Pension Workbook iii) Review of Lease Disclosure support workbook iv) Updating and reviewing stock comp workbook v) Reviewing related parties workbook and transactions vi) Fixed asset and intangible disclosure support reviews vii) Other ad-hoc projects including continuing improvements and enhancements Assist with month-end close and financial statement review. Assist with technical accounting research, documentation of new policies and procedures, tracking significant transactions of the Company & summarizing them in memo format and concluding on accounting conclusions and SEC reporting impacts. Checking monthly US GAAP updates, summarize and related with Exela (including updating all unlocked Big 4 books on the share drive every month). Exela Accounting Policy Manual - Reviewing and keeping updated - Assist with establishment, documentation, and maintenance of company accounting policies.
