Job Title: Business Development Executive (B2B Sales) / BDE OR BDM

Location: Remote or Hyderabad

Shift Timings: Flexible with US Shift / UK Shift

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End B2B Sales:

    Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth transition from lead generation to contract finalization.
  • Lead Generation:

    Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and researching new business opportunities.
  • Cold Calling & Outreach:

    Conduct high-volume cold calling to potential clients to introduce our products/services, qualify leads, and set up meetings with decision-makers.
  • Relationship Building:

    Develop and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders through effective communication and personalized follow-ups.
  • Sales Presentations & Proposals:

    Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to potential clients tailored to their business needs.
  • Negotiation:

    Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and pricing agreements while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Market Research & Strategy:

    Continuously analyze industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market and identify new sales opportunities.
  • CRM Management:

    Track and update sales activities, progress, and lead status in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience:

    Minimum 1-5 years of experience in

    B2B Sales

    and

    Business Development

    .
  • Sales Expertise:

    Proven success in generating leads, cold calling, negotiating, and closing deals in a competitive B2B environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills:

    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients, conduct persuasive conversations, and deliver impactful sales presentations.
  • Negotiation Skills:

    Strong ability to negotiate pricing, contract terms, and services with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Self-Motivated & Target-Driven:

    Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Shift Flexibility:

    Open to working either

    US shifts

    or

    UK shifts

    based on business requirements.
  • CRM Proficiency:

    Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) for tracking leads and managing the sales pipeline.
