Key Responsibilities:
Sales Prospecting & Lead Generation:Identify and prospect potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and networking.Research and target businesses that can benefit from the company's software solutions.Utilize CRM tools and sales intelligence platforms to generate leads, track interactions, and manage opportunities.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the softwares capabilities and benefits.
Product Presentations & Negotiations:
Deliver compelling software product presentations to business decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, Managers, etc.).Understand customer needs, provide tailored software solutions, and address customer pain points.Prepare customized proposals, pricing, and contract documents based on customer requirements.Effectively negotiate pricing and terms to close sales while maximizing company profitability.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.Provide post-sales support by assisting customers with onboarding, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth product adoption.Act as a liaison between the client and the product development or customer support team, ensuring client needs are met.
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by driving revenue growth.Track and report sales progress, pipeline status, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to the sales manager.Stay on top of sales trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify new prospects and industry trends.Keep informed about competitors offerings and pricing to effectively position and differentiate the company's software solutions.Provide feedback to marketing teams on customer preferences, feature requests, and competitive insights.
