Sales Strategy Execution:Implement and manage direct sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, focusing on new customer acquisition and existing customer retention.Prospecting & Lead Generation:Identify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, online research, and referrals. Create and manage a pipeline of high-quality leads.Sales Presentations & Demos:Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and webinars to prospective clients, effectively showcasing the features and benefits of the software.Customer Needs Assessment:Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals, providing customized software solutions that align with those needs.Negotiation & Closing Sales:Handle sales negotiations, prepare and deliver proposals, and work through contract details to close deals with clients.Relationship Building:Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations to secure long-term partnerships.Sales Reporting & Forecasting:Track sales activities and progress towards targets. Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to the management team.Product Knowledge & Training:Maintain in-depth knowledge of software products and industry trends. Continuously learn about product updates and new features to effectively pitch the solution to clients.
