Job Title: Dining Service Manager

Location: Khaleez Restaurant, Tirur

Reporting to: General Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Restaurant Manager to lead our dining team with a focus on exceptional customer service, sales growth, and team development. The ideal candidate will be a young professional with a passion for the hospitality industry, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing high-performing teams in fast-paced restaurant environments. As a Dining Service Manager, you will oversee the service team, drive sales growth, and ensure seamless guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management:

- Supervise and mentor the service team to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient operations.

- Manage grooming standards, work schedules, appraisals, and training programs for the team.

- Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and encourage professional growth.

2. Sales Growth:

- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase revenue, and enhance customer loyalty.

- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize sales performance.

3. Guest Relations:

- Ensure exceptional guest experiences, respond to feedback, and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.

- Build strong relationships with guests, vendors, and stakeholders to promote the restaurant's reputation.

4. Dining Management:

- Oversee dining operations, including table management, service standards, and ambiance.

- Ensure seamless execution of events, parties, and special occasions.

5. Complaint Management:

- Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

- Implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences and improve overall guest satisfaction.

6. Training and Development:

- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team knowledge, skills, and performance.

- Conduct regular coaching sessions, feedback, and evaluations to ensure team growth.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles, preferably in fast-paced environments.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing complaints.

- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Hospitality degree or certification.

- Experience with restaurant management software and POS systems.

- Knowledge of labor laws, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
