Role Overview: As a SC-Digitization Professional, you will be responsible for driving digital products in line with business strategy, ensuring superior user experiences, effective stakeholder engagement, and developing innovative solutions for technology-driven initiatives. You will collaborate with internal teams to design, develop, and implement digital projects in a timely and qualitative manner. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the conceptualization of innovative products related to Supply Chain functions such as Sourcing, Negotiations, and Automations, identifying opportunities and addressing business user requirements effectively. - Develop and implement data-centric project methodologies and digitized processes in the supply chain. - Create comprehensive project plans, including timelines and milestones, and refine user requirements in the Statement of Requirement. - Monitor and ensure smooth development and on-time delivery of projects, managing continuous communication with internal and external stakeholders. - Implement product improvements based on stakeholder feedback, ensuring sustained customer satisfaction and market relevance. - Follow-up and track all activities related to project deliverables, ensure governance and compliance in Supply Chain processes through IT usage, and devise risk mitigation strategies. - Benchmark industry standards, update technology space, and analyze and propose short-term and long-term strategic solutions. Qualification Required: - Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech)/equivalent or Master's degree (MBA) in IT, Computer Science, Mechanical (Bachelor) or Operations Management, Data Management, Business Analytics (Masters). - Minimum 2 to maximum 6 years of experience in Digitization Project Management with multi-party/geography and stringent delivery targets. - Hands-on experience with project management software like MS Project, JIRA, Excel, understanding of procurement process, supply chain systems, process improvisation, large data handling & analysis, and communication/presentation skills. - Desire to learn new technologies, stay updated on market trends, strong execution orientation, problem-solving approach, excellent communication and presentation skills, perseverance in challenging situations, ability to work within stringent timelines, good interpersonal skills, and networking skills for industry knowledge.
