Digital Supply Chain Analyst

Job Title: Digital Supply Chain Analyst / Engineer Experience Required: 2–4 Years Department: Supply Chain / Digital Transformation Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Supply Chain Analyst / Engineer with a background in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research, coupled with strong technical capabilities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital transformation in the supply chain domain, possess hands-on experience in programming, and be eager to contribute to advanced planning and integrated business systems. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement digital supply chain transformation initiatives. Configure and customize Integrated Business Planning (IBP) applications including Demand Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, Order Promising, and Supply Planning. Develop and test transition interfaces ensuring smooth integration with upstream and downstream systems. Understand and leverage master and transactional data for effective system design and business decision-making. Design, develop, and test functional specifications for custom developments such as reports, dashboards, interfaces, and data screens. Support system implementation and post-go-live support, troubleshooting issues and providing user training as needed. Maintain data integrity and process compliance across all projects and systems. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related fields. 2–4 years of experience in systems development, preferably in supply chain domain implementations or support. Hands-on experience with Python, C++, SQL, and OPAL. Good understanding of solvers/optimization algorithms. Knowledge of MS SQL database and Tableau is a plus. Ability to configure and work with supply chain management systems and transportation management systems (TMS). Preferred Attributes (Good to Have):Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically and strategically. Experience creating technical and functional design documents for end-to-end solutions. Prior exposure to user training, change management, and go-live support processes. Collaborative mindset with ability to work under pressure and tight timelines. Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
