As a Senior Manager (Service Delivery Manager) at EY, you will have the opportunity to create and develop business for the ESG-related domain. Your role will involve managing resources and assembling teams to deliver projects, working closely with associates, seniors, team leaders, and assistant managers to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery. You will be responsible for the successful implementation of ESG solutions/ideas and managing budget vs actuals throughout the project lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop strong relationships with onshore stakeholders and manage their expectations on service delivery. - Build a Centralized Data storage system and Data Strategies for the team. - Responsible for identifying and creating new service offerings/solutions. - Ensure high-quality, consistent, and efficient service delivery by the team. - Manage operational aspects of project management such as resource management, metrics & reporting, performance management, and risk management. - Build strong relationships with local teams and clients to improve the quality and scope of work. - Coordinate projects and interdependencies within the program. **Additional skills requirements:** - Excellent written, oral, presentation, and facilitation skills. - Ability to coordinate multiple projects and initiatives effectively. - Demonstrated project management experience. - Proactive, organized, and self-sufficient with the ability to prioritize and multitask. - Ability to analyze complex problems and deliver pragmatic solutions. - Strong data analysis skills. - Encourage discipline in team behaviors.
