Role & Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and design digital solutions across enterprise platforms.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain solutions leveraging

  Microsoft Power Platform

  (Apps, BI, Automate, ALM, Dataverse).
• Implement and manage automation workflows using

  Automation Anywhere

  and orchestration tools such as

  MuleSoft / iHub

  .
• Integrate

  Salesforce and SAP

  systems with other enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and deliver innovative solutions.
• Build and optimize dashboards, workflows, and automations for operational excellence.
• Ensure proper documentation, testing, and adherence to

  ALM best practices

• Provide end-user support, training, and post-deployment maintenance.
  

Candidate Profile

• 6–10 years of proven experience as a

  Digital Solution Analyst / Solution Consultant

  .
• Hands-on expertise in

  Microsoft Power Platform

  (Apps, BI, Automate, ALM, Dataverse).
• Strong programming skills in

  JavaScript, C#, Python, Power Query, Power Fx, VBA

  .
• Experience with

  Salesforce, SAP integration

  , and

  Automation Anywhere

  .
• Knowledge of orchestration tools like

  MuleSoft / iHub

  .
• Familiarity with

  Azure Boards, ServiceNow, and Visio

  for tracking and documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
