Digital Solution Analyst

**Job Description:** You will be joining Trelleborg, a world leader in engineered polymer solutions across various industries. As a Digital Solutions Analyst, your main role will involve supporting the Digital Solutions application development team by bridging business needs with IT capabilities. This will include collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements, supporting project execution, and contributing to process improvements through digital tools. Occasional travel to global manufacturing sites for stakeholder engagements and process discovery will also be part of your responsibilities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand IT needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements. - Support senior analysts and project managers in requirement gathering, documentation, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Participate in feasibility studies and estimation efforts for new digital initiatives. - Identify opportunities to simplify or improve business processes using digital solutions. - Work closely with development and process teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions. - Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. - Engage in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Participate in on-site workshops and discovery sessions with global manufacturing teams. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. - Business Analysis certification (e.g., ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA) is required. - Internship or up to 2 years of experience in a business analysis or IT support role preferred. - Experience working in Agile environments or familiarity with Agile methodologies is required. - Experience or exposure to manufacturing environments or industries such as automotive, aerospace, or industrial engineering is a strong advantage. **Additional Details:** At Trelleborg, you will have the opportunity to work in a multicultural environment and receive detailed induction training for your new tasks.
