From customized sunscreens to smart skincare solutions, CodeSkin is on a mission to disrupt the industry. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day online sales operations via the CodeSkin website. Report on daily unit sales and orders. Collaborate with the inventory team and digital marketing team to ensure accurate product listings, prices, and stock updates. Follow up on incoming website leads and convert them into confirmed orders. Manage order cycle automated messages and check if they are being sent correctly - Order dispatch, abandoned carts, promotional messages etc. Track online sales performance and assist in creating reports and customer insights Provide suggestions for improving the customer experience and website functionality Upsell or cross-sell products during customer interactions when relevant Support promotional campaigns, and seasonal offers on the website Brainstorm on strategic solutions aligned with business needs Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Arts, Commerce or related field 1–3 years of experience in online or retail sales (preferably e-commerce or D2C) Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable using website CMS platforms and basic backend tools Familiarity with CRM and order management systems Detail-oriented, proactive, and tech-savvy Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong internal relationships Preferred Advantage Experience in B2C online selling or e-commerce platforms like Shopify Knowledge of digital marketing basics, SEO, or Google Analytics Basic design/editing skills for managing product visuals or content Show more Show less
