The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the salon industry, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, developing strategies to increase sales and profitability, managing the sales process from pitching to the right salons to closing deals with them, and staying updated on industry trends and competitors. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and education teams to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience at the salon industry in the territory applied for.Strong understanding of the salon industry, market trends, and competition.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to appoint new distributors and mange them in a fashion so as to ensure decent ROI to the distributor.Must be fluent in Englsih, Hindi & the local language.Must be conversant with Microsoft office suite.Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.Ability to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
