Job Description

As a Sales Manager at our digital marketing agency, you will play a crucial role in driving client acquisition efforts and expanding our client base. Your primary focus will be on leveraging your expertise in digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and web development, to secure new business opportunities. With a proven background in B2B sales, you will lead the charge in generating leads, closing deals, and managing sales pipelines to achieve revenue targets. Your responsibilities will encompass developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying and engaging with potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, emailing, and networking, and delivering compelling presentations and proposals tailored to each client's unique needs. By understanding client objectives and recommending suitable digital marketing solutions, you will drive successful negotiations, contract closures, and post-sale client satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams, including marketing, strategy, and operations, will be essential to ensure seamless delivery of services and alignment with client expectations. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions within the CRM system, staying abreast of market trends and competitor activities, and consistently meeting or surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, coupled with at least 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the digital marketing or advertising industry. Your proficiency in digital marketing services and trends, coupled with exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, will be instrumental in your success. Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho is preferred, along with a demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets and working both autonomously and collaboratively. Preferred qualifications include an existing network of clients or contacts in need of digital marketing services, expertise in selling to industries like real estate, e-commerce, education, or healthcare, and familiarity with digital marketing KPIs and reporting tools.
