Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Digital Sales Manager to join our team at Climbax Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., a leading software product company. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in digital sales and a strong background in driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategies.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute comprehensive digital sales plans to achieve business objectives.
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.

Job Requirements

Proven track record of success in digital sales, preferably in the software product industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
Experience with sales analytics tools and technologies is an advantage.
