Manage and coordinate the execution of website and creative projects from scoping through delivery.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust, gathering requirements, and translating feedback to internal teams.
Collaborate with designers, developers, content strategists, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital experiences on time and budget.
Review Figma files, export necessary assets, and work with creatives to ensure alignment with the brief.
Oversee the production process across CMS (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) and CRM or automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
Track progress, manage timelines, and resolve bottlenecks throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure all work adheres to SEO, usability, and performance best practices

Requirements

Proven experience managing digital projects, including websites, landing pages, and design deliverables.
Account management or client service experience — comfortable communicating with stakeholders and providing proactive updates.
Familiarity with CMS, CRM, SEO tools, and Figma; able to navigate and guide others through them (no need to be hands-on in coding or design).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment
