Digital Project Manager (DPM)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end rollout of a standardized medical website blueprint across multiple global markets.
  
• Maintain master rollout plans, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
  
• Coordinate with Global Medical, markets, IT, analytics teams, and external vendors.
  
• Own and prioritize global and local backlogs; write user stories and acceptance criteria.
  
• Drive Agile delivery including sprint planning, reviews, UAT, and releases.
  
• Lead UAT execution, defect triage, and go-live readiness.
  
• Ensure analytics tagging, dashboards, and KPI tracking are validated per market.
  
• Coordinate MLR reviews and ensure compliance with privacy and consent requirements.
  
• Prepare and publish governance artifacts such as status reports, RAID logs, and decision registers.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in

  Digital / Web Project Management

• Hands-on experience managing

  AEM-based websites

• Strong communication, coordination, and escalation skills
  
• Experience working in

  multi-vendor and multi-market environments

• Bachelors or Master’s degree
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in

  Life Sciences / Medical domain

• Knowledge of analytics platforms, Datahub, and KPI reporting
  
• Experience working across Europe, UK, Americas, and APAC time zones
