Digital Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of global digital projects across multiple markets
Plan, track, and execute project timelines, milestones, and dependencies
Coordinate with global stakeholders, markets, vendors, and internal teams
Own and prioritize project backlogs; write user stories and manage releases
Oversee development, QA, UAT, and go-live activities
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy, and consent standards
Manage risks, issues, escalations, and RCA documentation
Track project performance and report status to leadership
Support analytics readiness, tagging, dashboards, and KPI tracking

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience in
Digital / Web Project Management
Hands-on experience with
JIRA, Confluence, MS Office
, and project tracking tools
Familiarity with
Agile / Scrum / Kanban
methodologies
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, global environment

Good to Have

Experience with
AEM or other CMS platforms
Exposure to
healthcare or life sciences
projects
Knowledge of analytics, tagging, and consent management tools

Qualification

Bachelors or Master’s degree in any discipline
