Digital Project Manager

This person must be able to:

1. Manage a multi-market digital rollout (13+ markets)

• Coordinate timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery across global + local teams.
  

2. Bridge business, medical, compliance, IT, and vendor partners

• Act as the glue between Global Medical, local markets, IT, and external vendors.
  

3. Understand AEM and digital publishing processes

• Not to code — but to know how AEM content, templates, components, workflows, and approvals work.
  

4. Ensure compliance, medical governance, and privacy alignment

• Cookie/consent tools
  
• Global medical governance
  
• Standards for analytics, tagging, and content publishing
  

5. Drive digital analytics readiness

• Ensure proper tagging, tracking, reporting and Datahub integrations are set up correctly.
  

6. Manage features, enhancements, and a global-local roadmap

• Prioritize features with stakeholders
  
• Oversee the release train
  
• Coordinate UAT/bug fixes
  

7. Deliver in an agile, PMO-governed environment

• RAID logs, RACI charts, dashboards, status reporting, sprint ceremonies.

1. Digital Project Management Expertise (Must-Have)

• End-to-end project delivery
  
• Multi-workstream coordination
  
• Agile and/or hybrid project delivery
  
• Roadmap ownership
  
• Dependency/risk management
  

2. Experience with Enterprise Web Platforms (AEM strongly preferred)

• Understanding of AEM components, templates, workflows
  
• Experience with large-scale website migrations/rollouts
  
• Familiar with authoring/publishing processes
  

3. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Work with global + local stakeholders
  
• Manage agencies/vendors (Graphite, Performance IO)
  
• Manage cross-functional teams (Medical, IT, Data, Content, Analytics)
  

4. Analytics & Tagging Knowledge

• Tag management systems (Tealium, GTM, or similar)
  
• Analytics setup (Adobe Analytics, GA4, etc.)
  
• Datahub or similar data integration platforms
  
• KPI/scorecard familiarity
  

5. Compliance, Governance & Medical/Pharma Exposure

• Medical/legal/regulatory review processes (MLR)
  
• Cookie/consent tools (OneTrust or similar)
  
• Pharma-grade documentation standards
  
• Accessibility & privacy (GDPR) awareness
  

6. Strong Communication & Documentation Skills

• Produce RAID logs, RACI, release notes, status decks
  
• Lead workshops, steerco updates, cross-market calls
  
• Clear, structured, stakeholder-friendly communication
