With a presence across key cities and a mission to help aspiring parents start their families, we are seeking a performance-driven yet empathetic Digital Performance Marketing Manager to strengthen our digital presence and reach those who need us most.


Role Overview:

As the Digital Performance Marketing Manager, you will lead and manage all paid digital campaigns focused on driving high-quality leads such as consultation bookings, form submissions, and walk-ins. You will collaborate with creative, content, and clinic teams to ensure every campaign resonates with empathy and accuracy while optimizing media spends across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other digital channels.


Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

• Drive high-intent, quality lead generation across all clinic locations.

• Collaborate with creative teams to craft patient-centric ad copies, visuals, and landing pages that build trust and inspire action.

• Continuously monitor and improve key KPIs: CPL, ROAS, Booking Rate, Conversion Rate, and Lead Quality.

• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audience strategies to improve campaign efficiency.

• Leverage tools like Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Business Suite, and CRM systems to track performance and user journeys.

• Manage and allocate budgets effectively across multiple locations, ensuring optimal ROI.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare advertising policies, patient privacy, and ethical marketing standards.

• Stay updated on competitor campaigns, industry benchmarks, and fertility marketing trends.


Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or fertility sectors.

• Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

• Strong grasp of lead generation funnels and consumer decision-making in healthcare.

• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel/Google Sheets.

• Ability to collaborate with creative and clinic teams, balancing clinical accuracy with emotional sensitivity.

• High attention to detail and a patient-first mindset.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing multi-location campaigns (geo-targeting, local lead generation).

• Google Ads and Meta certifications.

• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce Health Cloud.

• Understanding of SEO, Google My Business, and organic growth strategies is a plus.
