As a Performance Marketing Executive/Manager at La Pincode Properties Pune, you will be responsible for running high-impact campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms targeting the real estate markets in Pune, Bangalore, and Rest of India. - Run and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram, etc. - Monitor key performance indicators like CPL, CTR, and ROAS and take necessary actions. - Collaborate with creative and sales teams to create high-converting assets. - Analyze campaign data to continuously improve performance. - Stay updated on trends and innovations in digital marketing. - 2-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing within the Real Estate industry. - Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Google Analytics. - Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and Data Studio. - Experience in executing lead generation campaigns.
