About the role of Performance Marketing at ALT DRX: Location: Bengaluru (India) Office based We're currently on the lookout for a Performance Marketing Manager to work together with our Marketing, Content, Business Development, and Product Management teams to help propel our product forward. To succeed in this role, you should have experience within a growth or performance role, an analytical mindset, and the ability to think creatively to solve problems. If you're passionate about increasing brand awareness, sales or subscriptions, and enjoy using data to solve problems and identify content opportunities and landing page improvements, then you'll fit right in. You should be a great communicator and happy working in cross-collaborative teams. The role is set for scaling up to the overall Marketing Head over time depending on the skill and performance over time. This is, therefore, a role for an ambitious career seeker in the bleeding edge space of Blockchain-based product marketing. The role requires the candidate to: - Take responsibility for the growth marketing and customer lifetime value strategy, processes, and implementation. - Manage Performance Marketing campaigns by self and with agencies to help acquire new customers and drive traffic towards our platform with a focus on paid tactics. - Improve audience expansion and customer lifetime value together with the aim of reducing acquisition costs. - Be responsible for communicating regular metrics and findings from your campaigns and analyze performance, insights, blockers, and areas of opportunity. - Optimize ad delivery, landing page conversion, and user experience driving user activations as efficiently as possible. - Continuously test and iterate your learnings to find the best multi-channel paid mix for us. - Be in control of setting your KPIs, particularly around sign-up, activations, cost-per-acquisition, and cost-per-activation. You should strive to continuously outperform yourself. - When needed, work together with external agencies to optimize the delivery of your campaigns and discover new audiences. - Have the creative ability to craft beautiful and enriching content together with the marketing team to enhance your campaigns. - Ideally, you also have some UX and social media writing experience. Base requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing role. You have worked on landing pages, blogs, SEO/SEA, email campaigns, social media, and display marketing. - The ability to manage SEO and SEM marketing campaigns, as well as social media and display advertising campaigns. - A knack for identifying target audiences and knowing where to find them to encourage engagement and conversions. - Experience in optimizing landing pages for optimal conversions. - Strong experience in website analytics tools and you know Google AdWords like the back of your hand. - Experience in using WordPress and Google Analytics, you also know how to use all-in-one marketing platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce. - You have outstanding communication skills, you're not put off by presenting to a group of people or convincing teams of future campaign ideas. - A customer-focused mindset and great analytical skills. - Creativity, motivation, and a structured approach.,

Your main objective will be to enhance brand awareness, boost sales, and increase subscriptions by leveraging data-driven strategies and identifying opportunities for content optimization and landing page improvements. You will be responsible for developing and implementing growth marketing and customer lifetime value strategies, managing Performance Marketing campaigns both independently and with agencies to acquire new customers, and driving traffic to our platform through paid tactics. Your role will also involve expanding target audiences, enhancing customer lifetime value, and reducing acquisition costs. Regularly analyzing campaign metrics and performance insights, you will continuously optimize ad delivery, landing page conversions, and user experience to drive efficient user activations.
